FAQ
Q: How will orders be shipped during the strike? Will there be delays?
Orders made with our regular or expedited shipping options will be shipped via UPS/Purolator/Intelcom. Longer delivery times are expected during the strike due to increased volumes for all other couriers.
Q: What will happen to my order if it is already with Canada Post?
All orders currently out for delivery with Canada Post will be delayed during the national strike. They will be delivered as quickly as possible once operations resume.
Q: Are alternate shipping method (FedEx, CanPar etc) possible?
We can provide alternate shipping options on request, however these carriers are not typically covered within regular shipping rates and as a result would likely include additional fees.
Q: Will PO Box shipping be available?
If you are using a PO box to place your order, we ask that you please use an alternate address for the duration of the strike. In the case you use a PO box address to place your order it is subject to cancelation without notice.
We will continually do our best to provide updates and remedy issues. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
