Refund policy
Pre-Orders & Pre-Order Cancellations
Order separately if you would like other items in your order to ship immediately. All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.
All cancelled Pre-Orders are subject to a 10% Restocking/Cancellation fee of the total order value. No exceptions.
Pre orders can be subject to allocation and if our supply becomes limited we will always fulfill orders in priority from earliest order date. All Policies are subject to change at anytime without notice.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind on TCG products.
Order Cancellations
This applies to non pre-order items. For order cancellations we cannot offer a refund at this time.
Quantity & Order Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes. This pertains to and is not limited to "Buyouts" and other instances regarding the sale of high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it will also be subject to a potential adjustment.
Pre orders can be subject to allocation and if amounts become more limited we will fulfill orders in order they are received
Missing Pieces
If an item you purchased has missing or damaged components, please contact the product's publisher for replacements. Most publishers have a contact page and will be able to ship you replacement pieces free of charge. If you need help getting in touch with a publisher, please let us know and we can direct you to the appropriate contact.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, you are required to notify us by email at info@justahobby.store within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
**Please note, there will be no refunds on ripped boxes.**
Tears/rips are a common issue as items are shipped directly to us from distributors and other manufactures. This is not a reason for a refund, store credit or exchange.
Just-a-Hobby will not be held responsible for any manufacturer defects including damaged cards, printing errors or missing cards from new/sealed card boxes or cases. If a customer encounters any of these defects they will need to contact the manufacturer’s customer service department directly to resolve the issue. Contact information for the manufacturer is most often located directly on the box.
Incorrect Orders/Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If there is an issue we can evaluate it and do what is necessary to make it right.
Japanese Booster Box Product Pricing
Due to the Volatility and rapidly changing market pricing in Japan pricing may change as often as daily, especially around the release of a specific product. As a result there will be no refunds or credits when pricing changes. Please order at your own risk.
