Shipping policy

  • All orders are subject to a 1-3 business days handling time before shipment. Orders are possibly subject to delays or errors. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times. Possible delays include but are not limited to weather, customs, holidays, product demand or human error.

 

  • If you have not received a shipping notification email at all and it has been more than 72 hours since you placed the order, you may need to contact us. Before doing so, please check your spam folder, and confirm that the order did not contain any pre-order products. Pre-order products will have "Pre-Order" in the title. 

 

  • Just-a-Hobby is not responsible for customers errors when entering incomplete or incorrect addresses. Should an item not be properly delivered due to an address error, we assume no responsibility for the errors or lost/misdelivered shipments.

 

  • Just-a-Hobby is not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that have been marked as delivered. If you are concerned about theft please leave a message with your order to add a signature requirement.

 

  • If an order is shipped to a 3rd party company, freight forwarder or similar, Just-a-Hobby assumes no responsibility for any damages, loss or issues that may arise from their services.

 

  • Just-a-Hobby reserves the right to charge additional shipping in extreme circumstances based on weight and or delivery location.

 

Pre-Orders

If your order does contain Pre-Orders, the entire order will ship once all products are available. 

When Will My Order Ship?

All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.

Can You Send Some of What I Ordered Early?

Should you wish to split part of an order to be sent ahead of time, please contact us as it will require the purchase of an additional shipping charge.

Free Shipping Over $250.00

All Orders shipped to ON/QC over $250.00 CAD (pre-tax and any applicable discounts) will qualify. As such, these items will not be shipped "express". Express or priority shipping, if desired, will require an additional charge at checkout. 

    For International Orders:

    Just-a-Hobby is not responsible for any customs, duties or other taxes incurred during transportation, nor are we responsible if a parcel is opened for inspection at customs/border services. This will not qualify an order for compensation or recourse as this is out of our control.
